Christmas Crackers Manufacturer for Wholesale Buyers
Develop traditional, luxury, branded and private-label Christmas crackers with one in-house team managing the product from artwork review and sampling through production, quality control and export packing.
Choose the Commercial Route That Matches Your Program
The same cracker specification can create very different work for a supermarket, distributor, hotel group or private-label owner. Begin with the buyer route so product, packing and timing decisions are useful from the first conversation.

Give Buyers Evidence Behind the Finished Product
A product photo alone cannot show whether a supplier can control the specification through production. Our factory page connects real working areas with the decisions procurement teams need to verify.
From Buyer Brief to Shipment Release
Each stage creates something that can be reviewed and approved. Quantity, retail packing and freight are confirmed against the finished specification rather than promised from cracker length alone.
Review the Brief
Market, channel, direction, quantity, destination and required season.
Define the Product
Size, artwork, materials, finishes, gifts, inserts and retail presentation.
Approve the Sample
Confirm the physical product and packaging before production release.
Produce & Inspect
Manufacture in house with checks against the approved specification and AQL plan.
Pack & Release
Confirm cartons, allocation, loading information and shipment documents.
One Factory, Different Markets and Buying Requirements
UK, Australia, Europe and North America are supported through one wholesale route. Market terminology, documentation, packaging and seasonal timing are reviewed as part of each buyer brief.
What Can Be Confirmed Before Development Starts?
A useful first enquiry does not require finished artwork, but it should describe the commercial job clearly enough for the factory to recommend a realistic next step.
Ask a project-specific question →What information should we send first?
Share the target market and channel, preferred cracker style or size, estimated quantity, number of designs, gifts or inserts, packaging direction, destination and required season.
Is there one MOQ for every Christmas cracker?
No. Construction, print, finishing, gifts, number of SKUs, packaging and shipping route all affect feasibility. The program is reviewed from the complete specification.
Can development start before the artwork is final?
Yes. A product concept and commercial brief are enough to identify missing decisions. Final pricing, sampling and production release require controlled artwork and specifications.
What factory and compliance information is available?
JollyCracker was established in 2018 and manages cracker production in house. FSC, EN71-related requirements, BSCI, Sedex and AQL information can be aligned with the approved product and buyer requirements.
Can customer-supplied gifts or confidential artwork be used?
Yes, subject to fit, material, destination and handling review. Confidentiality or NDA requirements can be discussed before buyer-owned files and exclusive specifications are shared.
