🎨 Design Your Cracker detail
Start by selecting your cracker’s size, material, color, and design style.
Standard sizes: The most popular cracker sizes are 12 inch and 13 inch. For cost-saving needs, we can also produce 10 inch or even smaller crackers. If you need a special size, we’re happy to customize it for you.
Paper materials: Choose from aluminum foil, greyboard, kraft paper, or coated art paper. The most common cracker body material we use is white kraft board, typically 250gsm or 300gsm, depending on your durability and budget needs.
Color and finishes: Available in classic festive shades like red, gold, white, green, blue, and purple. You can also upgrade your crackers with hot foil stamping, a premium finish that’s especially popular among UK clients and retailers like Walmart. If you're working with a tighter budget, bright metallic gold paper is a great alternative that still delivers festive sparkle.
Once you confirm your design and send us the artwork, we’ll create a sample for your approval before mass production begins.
