Control the Guest Experience Without Losing Operational Clarity
The design should feel appropriate at the table or in the gift pack, while the specification remains practical for approval, production, allocation and delivery.
Artwork and Messaging
Apply approved colours, logos, campaign direction or event messaging to the cracker and presentation pack without exposing confidential customer material.
Gift and Content Direction
Review gifts, games, hats, jokes and inserts for the intended guest group, product size, destination and applicable requirements.
Table-Ready or Gift-Ready
Choose an approved assembled, boxed or suitable alternative format based on how the product will be distributed, stored and presented.
Venue and Office Allocation
Plan quantities and carton identification for hotels, restaurants, offices, agencies or event locations before final packing.
One Physical Reference
Use an approved sample and specification to connect the artwork, gift, finished cracker, presentation pack and inspection requirements.
Contingency Before the Event
Build the schedule backwards from the required receiving date, allowing time for sample review, production, inspection and the agreed shipping route.
Decisions to Confirm Before the Event Schedule Is Locked
Can several venues or offices receive separate allocations?
Yes. Quantities, carton markings and destination information should be agreed before packing so each location can identify and receive the correct products.
Can we request a branded cracker without final artwork?
Yes. Brand guidelines, audience, estimated quantity, presentation direction and required date are enough for an initial feasibility review. Production requires approved artwork and a complete specification.
Which packing format is better for hospitality?
Fully assembled products reduce destination preparation. A suitable flat-pack route may reduce volume where the buyer has local labour and quality control. The correct choice depends on the actual construction and delivery plan.
How early should a fixed-date project start?
There is no safe universal answer. Timing depends on development, sample approval, components, quantity, packing and shipping. Share the required receiving date first so the route can be assessed backwards.
Can customer and event details remain confidential?
Yes. Buyer names, artwork, quantities, prices, venue plans and exclusive specifications are not published without approval. NDA requirements can be discussed before sensitive files are shared.
What factory controls support the project?
Production is managed in house. Applicable FSC and EN71-related requirements, BSCI and Sedex information, and AQL inspection planning can be reviewed against the approved order.
