Our MOQ starts from 500 units for both Christmas crackers and custom packaging. Larger quantities are more cost-effective.

How long is the production lead time?

Standard production takes 7–21 days. During peak seasons (Aug–Dec), lead times may extend to 1–2 months. We recommend early booking.

Is expedited production or flexible delivery scheduling available?

Due to limited capacity during peak season, we recommend early communication. For urgent orders, we will do our best to coordinate production to meet flexible delivery needs.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes, we offer stock samples (3–7 days) and custom samples (7–15 days). Fees may apply and can be deducted from your bulk order.

What certifications and safety standards do you meet?

We use FSC-certified paper and comply with EU CE and EN71 toy safety standards. Certificates can be provided upon request.

What is the order process & Payment Method?

The process includes: requirement discussion → sample confirmation → quotation → contract signing → deposit payment → mass production → quality inspection → balance payment → logistics arrangement → after-sales service.
We accept various B2B payment methods including wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), Alipay, PayPal, and others as specified in the contract.
